BOOK YOUR NEXT PARTY AT SORA!

Deposits and Fees:

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
  
• Your date/time is not secure until your deposit has been received. 
• All party fees must be paid in full 5 days before the party.
• Parties may be canceled by the event host by contacting SORA Events.
• For inclement weather issues, contact SORA Events.
• Cancellation rates are as follows:
• Cancel up to 72 hours prior to event: full refund less deposit or no cost to reschedule.
• Cancelations within 24 hours of the event: No refund

Dates and Times:

• There will be no parties scheduled on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).
• There will be no private parties (pool closures) during regular pool hours during the summer swim season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
• The maximum length of any event is 4 hours.

Waivers:

• Each member must have a new membership waiver on file each year.
• Hosts are responsible for making sure every person attending their event, regardless of age or participation, signs a guest waiver if not a member.
• Hosts will receive waiver links to share with their guests in their event confirmation packet.
• All guests, that are not members, are REQUIRED to have a current waiver on file.

Spaces and Access:

• Hosts booking events will have access to the grounds, activities, and facilities.
• Tables are first come first serve.
• A host may access the grounds 30 minutes prior to and after their event for set-up and clean-up.
• Hosts are expected to return the facilities to their previous state (ie: clean up after your party)

Pavilion Parties

Available to pool members only. 

• Host a party during the non-swim season for 6 to 20 guests 
• Full access to the grounds (no swimming) for a $50 reservation fee.  
• For larger parties, or private events please contact us at events@sorapool.org for a quote.
• All non-member guests are required to have a waiver on file prior to attendance. Guest Waiver Here.  
• It is the duty of the Hosting Member to ensure that ALL guests have completed waivers prior to entering SORA property.

SWIM PARTY TYPES & RATES

Open Swim In-Season Parties (Available to Members only)

• Reservation to hold a party on property. 
• Grounds and facilities OPEN to all current members. 
• Must be held during normal pool hours.
• Events of 40 or less attendees.
• All non-member guests are required to have a waiver on file prior to attendance. Guest Waiver Here. 
• It is the duty of the Hosting Member to ensure that ALL guests have completed waivers prior to entering SORA property.

Open Swim In-Season Party Rates 

Private Off-Season Swim Parties

• Reservation of the entire grounds & facilities. 
• Grounds & facilities CLOSED to general members.
• Must be held outside of normal pool hours or in the off-season.
• Events of 60 or more will require additional approval.
• Available to members and non-members. 
• All non-member guests are required to have a waiver on file prior to attendance. Guest Waiver Here. 
• It is the duty of the Hosting Member to ensure that ALL guests have completed waivers prior to entering SORA property.
